Harvest Siege Terms of Service

Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms where you live, you should play only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Harvest Siege is not designed for children under 13.

Using the game

When playing the Game, you must not:

• cheat or use unauthorised software, scripts, bots, automation or other tools to obtain an unfair advantage
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game
• hack the game or disrupt the Game's operation for other players

Multiplayer and availability

Harvest Siege includes public multiplayer matches with temporary, randomly assigned player names. It does not currently provide accounts, chat, purchases or advertising.

The game is an experimental hobby project. It may contain bugs, experience interruptions, lose temporary match progress, change substantially or stop being available at any time.

Ownership

Harvest Siege and its code, artwork, branding and other content belong to its developer.

You may share screenshots and gameplay videos, provided you do not claim that they are official or endorsed by Harvest Siege.

Liability

The game is provided free of chage and on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by bugs, unavailable servers, lost match progress, network problems, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our processing of information associated with the Game is described in the Harvest Siege Privacy Policy.

Operating an online multiplayer service necessarily involves the temporary processing of technical and gameplay information. This may include IP addresses, connection information, temporary identifies, activity within the Game and website.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the game or its operation changes. The effective date above will show when they were last updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Players living elsewhere retain any mandatory protections provided by their local laws.
